Corrected name for SIEnablePollingInterrupt (was SIReadHandler).
Fixed SIEnablePollingInterrupt.
-Mistakenly thought a patch was needed for an interrupt bit. It was actually the mask bit.
-Fixes Pokemon Colosseum.
